The IBD unit is impressively efficient.
No details, no problems with treatment and I am reassured by the nurses expert care.
The appointment coordinator is also a huge asset to this close-Katt team 10/10.

Doctor and nurses were very kind and caring, explained the procedure very clearly and were reassuring during the endoscopy which made it less unpleasant.
The cup of tea and biscuit at the end were also very welcome.
