Everyone was extremely supportive and gentle with me.
I was a tad nervous - to say the least - however, - again what a wonder-full team.

The nurses and doctors were delightful, cheerful, working with a factual environment. It is not at all a pleasant procedure but I felt at ease in their care and free the ask questions.
There was one big problem - (as with pens!)
I had had the procedure done before and fortunately knew I had been sent the wrong doing instructions - so rang and the correct meds and instructions eventually came through the post just in time! It is not easy for me to get to the hospital I give away in WGC.
