Very good and considerate care, legs when asked to raise knee's got tired, possible to raise a bar so knee's could rest against.

All the staff were very very reassuring, especially when I felt some natural discomfort - all the staff were brilliant - the professor was an absolute gathered he explained what he was doing and he also reassured me - all in all the procedure was super I was nervous but that subsided virtually immediately I was completely satisfied with the service I received today!!!

I feel I was given the best of care, treated with respect and dignity. All the staff treated me with kindness and compassion. The receptionist Celine Soto- Femeina was wonderful. I cannot praise her enough.

Dr Arebi is a first class doctor and has helped me so very much.
Her care and advise for my condition Proctitis has been 200% .
I have also had a biologic infusion and the treatment and organisation by Dr Arebi and her team was brilliant.
I have also been cared for as an emergency by Northwick Park a few days before Christmas last year which no money could buy. They were brilliant and Dr Arebi was consulted all the way.
With Dr Arebi I would not be so well managed. Thank you so so much. You are a fantastic caring brilliant doctor.

My son was diagnosed with Crohns just before lockdown and was very poorly. The care under Dr Higher and Kay Crook has been exceptional. Kay is incredibly caring, warm , patient and makes you feel safe and secure. This has been such an emotional time and Kay always has time to talk , reassure and be there for the entire family. Although she is clearly very busy nothing is too much trouble and having her support has made the difference in us all getting our head around this life long condition. Kay thinks of the bigger picture and thinks of the affects on all the members of our family. We feel very lucky and it is clear she is on top of my sons care and future needs.
All the hospital staff are friendly and kind, it is spotlessly clean and we wouldn't want to be treated anywhere else.
