More staff on at night when there is a crisis.
We all found in one room that 99% of the staff were great. But one day we were ringing and ringing the bell and no-one came for a long time.

The staff have all been kind, attentive, efficient and skilled. They have kept me informed all alone its all very clear, the food was pretty good consider me the constraints of Catherine in the environment.
