Apart from a { } up in appointment time- It did not bother me because it was not the end of the world!- my experience here has been 100% positive. Every member of staff was courteous friendly and helped me at every turn! wonderful!

Absolutely nothing! The wait I had was a long one but I did not mind at all. It could well have been a misunderstanding on my part.

Everyone caring and treated me well.

I sat in the wrong waiting room for 1 hour 20 minutes because the { } on the door said stay in St. Marks waiting area.

Excellent service from all of your staff - starting with the pre-assessment telephone call. There all the staff treated me with respect and I was made to feel cared for and in safe hands. The procedure was carried out to a right standard and I felt so comfortable throughout the procedure. Thank you.
