I attended the bowel screening dept . The staff and doctors were were excellent. I was treated with care and respect the whole time for what was for me a terrifying time . I was put at my ease and reassured the whole time

Excellent service from all of your staff - starting with the pre-assessment telephone call. There all the staff treated me with respect and I was made to feel cared for and in safe hands. The procedure was carried out to a right standard and I felt so comfortable throughout the procedure. Thank you.
