- Everyone was friendly./n- I feel at ease./n- I was informed of what was happening at all times.

The staff were all very pleasant explained what was happening from start { } to the last step. They have been excellent.

When I arrived to have my procedure, I was terrified! The staff team all made me feel safe and relaxed, they were all very kind and caring. Thank you to them and my lovely doctor! Ana.
