Everything explained clearly with care and so professionally, friendly and caring way.
Suggested improvements
I was worried after being discharged 28th August for infliximab an outpatient as was suffering but less I was 'stable'. Worried I would wait long time. Luckily oral steroids licked in and I improved, or 1 month would have been an eternity.
