The good things about my care were, knowledgeable staff (who were friendly and helpful).
Clean, quiet facilities.
Proactive checking of my crohn's symptoms.
What could be improved.
I would like if possible to minimize the duration of my visit (which is routine)
Sometimes there are delays (although generally not long and more occurred today).
