-Friendly, same staff. -Efficient operations/service. -Tea/biscuits. -WiFi. -Radio. -Comfortable seats. Improvements. -Early morning/late sessions for patients that are stable. -Option for changing sessions last minute. -Streamline other services/staff to visit whilst patient is receiving infusion. -Leaving an empty block of 7/2 slots a day for changes.
