Clear pre-procedure info via post which all went as explained. Care in ward excellent, clear explanations again and very friendly and cheerful staff. Post-procedure also thoughtful. Cup of tea and biscuits gratefully received. In info sent prior to procedure would be helpful to know to bring one pound fir locker, I had no change.
