I attend the IBD Clinic, every eight weeks and find the staff, respectful, kind knowledgeable and professional in everything they do and say. The area that I am treating in, is always kept clean and tidy, which is very reassuring. I find it difficult to suggest any improvements and would like to congratulate all concerned.
