The ladies on the IBD day unit are always a pleasure to be around. They are welcoming, warm and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Every part of the procedure is fully explained and administered with utmost care and professionalism.
Their knowledge is also second to none.
Future appointments are always arranged before we leave so continuity of care is excellent. Efficient- happy- professional and caring!
