Overall I was very happy with the service, but was a little disappointed with the delay; my appointment was at 14.30 but tratment was around 16.15 I understand there will always be delays, but it would have been nice if someone had taken the trouble to explain whats was happening rather than just leaving me sitting for ages 'in the dark'
