Firstly the kindness and are shown by Sabita pre the procedure then all the staff in pre assessment and especially in recovery. What kindness!! Thank you everyone including during the theatre procedure was kind and helpful and treated me greciously and with dignity.
Suggested improvements
The main toilet/ shower area could do with a sprucing up- difficult to use the toilet when the floor is wet after a previous person has showered. It nees some modernising and revamp.
