Generally excellent. Staff welcoming and efficient. Everything spotlessly clean.

Could have been told more clearly how long to hold my enema before excreting. Wasn't clear to me and as I was left in waiting room there was no-one to ask. But small point. Could have been told to relax before the introduction of sigmoidscope into my anus. I think I was tense and only told later to relax. Again small point. Generally excellent. Treated very well.
