I got served by a very caring nurse, made me feel safe, calm and assured me that all will go well. I was taken through the process and given options to { } from my choice was taken into consideration. The doctor and team were great.
Suggested improvements
If the tube inserted was a bit smaller, but of course this is something that is not something to do with the team. Thank you for the great team.
