I was a day patient for a colonoscopy. At every point the staff introduced themselves in a very friendly manner and explained what they would be doing. I was made to feel very comfortable and any anxiety I had quickly disappeared. Even better, after the procedure I was given a cup of tea in a “proper” mug made by the nurse and not from a machine.
