I gave my answer as the people we dealt with, were Friendly and helpful .

A few appointments ago we were a little bit late about 5 mins . My husband has Parkinson’s and it is not always easy to time it right, in getting him to his appointment . We were turned away by the podiatrist at ST Marks . He said, we only had a 20min slot and we were too late we only missed 5 mins of our appointment he could have spent 15 mins looking at my husbands feet . There was not a sole there just him and us . He then took us into his office to make another appointment . Which took more than 20mins .
