Had an initial consultation booked by video but as the video did not work, the physio kindly phoned me and we did it that way, which worked fine. Impressed with the attitude of the physio and admin staff at St Mark's - well done NHS!
Suggested improvements
Maybe a different way to test the video option, as I only found out a problem 10 mins before the appt, so no time to sort it out.
