After three weeks of emails to King Edwards trying to get an appointment without success. I went to St Marks on the off chance. As I needed a repair. And was the only way I could try and get a repair because of the tubing giving me a sore ear. And [name removed] very kindly helped me out. Which was so very helpful of her. I am very grateful to her.

Suggested improvements
An answer to my emails from [name removed] giving me an appointment date. Which didn’t happen, This is why I took it upon myself to go to St Marks.
