Because you asked me.

I had very informative and in-depth conversation with a member of the cardiac department and it was such a different consultation to so many I had before. It was how we would all like to be treated but unfortunately the pressure upon the NHS team at this time makes this very difficult. A very rewarding visit for me for which I am very grateful and there is nothing I can think of that needed doing better.
