Excellent service from the audiologist, [name removed], who explained the exercises for my Vestibular rehabilitation. Resulting in improved balance.

Telephone contact with the department was difficult, phone calls going to voice mail.

I have received so much help from this team that I am now able to understand my condition and go forward recharged with a sunny outlook. Prior to meeting this team I was depressed and unsure of everything going on with my heart and whole body.
I had been seeing so many specialists for individual conditions but now it all has come together thanks to this fantastic team.

All the time I wanted to be cared for at home, not hospital. The nurse came to see me every day to check I was getting better, this meant I didn’t need to go to community hospital
