I felt comfortable and [name removed] took time to advise me on the use of my hearing aids. She talked me through the App BeMore which I now find so helpful. She also noticed my hearing aid tubes were too long and sorted that problem out for me and they now feel comfortable and I am confident with them now without slipping. Thank you [name removed]

I have nothing more to add here. All staff were polite and it was lovely and cool when outside the temperatures were reaching high 30s
