Because the Dietician did a good job..once located.

My appointment letter said to go to Seminar Room 1 for the Dietician. This was totally incorrect. The Dietician was based in the Outpatients dept. None of the staff of whom I enquired seemed to know this. Consequently, I was 20mins late for my appointment. In the meantime, the Dietician had phoned me on my mobile & left 2 messages on my landline, wondering where I was. The Dietician told me previous patients had experienced the same problem, hence appointment letters need urgently updating.
