Prior to the team being assigned I felt totally isolated and worried. It is wonderful to have the support to know that all the right steps are being taken and there is the ability for someone to escalate treatment should it be necessary. For someone who is not or does not want to be admitted into hospital and is so poorly this is an amazing service.

Felt like I was gIven time to express what was bothering me with my mums situation and that things will hopefully move forward.

My only thought is that it would have helped to have an idea of timing for the visit as mum was fast asleep when the physio arrived and it was difficult to wake her….she was rather grumpy!
