I went for my first physio appointment here and was treated by Tracey. She was very patient with me and very approachable and friendly to talk to. I used to go to Rectory Lane in Loughton but was recommended this place. I much prefer it! Thank you!
Treat everyone equally
The service was very good
In the last two weeks I have had to visit St Margaret’s Hospital for various Scans. Whilst parking my car I couldn’t help but notice how untidy the car park was, in particular the number of discarded Masks thrown by wearers!! I went back today for the same reasons and once again the discarded masks were thrown all over the car parks, paths and flower borders in and around the hospital! Surely in times when we should all be taking more care, what on earth are the individuals responsible for this behaviour thinking of.
Not only is it disgusting to think that one individual expects someone else to have to clear up after them, why on earth can’t they take their discarded masks home with them to dispose of!
After saying that it would be nice to see that St Margaret’s Hospital also felt the same and took more pride in clearing up their communal areas instead of leaving them to blow around in the wind.
On 25th June I had an MRI scan. The two nurses that attended me were excellent.
When I mentioned to Karen that I was having problems booking a blood test, she went the extra yard (or two) to find my details on the computer and sort me out an appointment. Job done, a weight of my mind.
Thank you Karen and of course our marvellous NHS.

Each nurse that spoke to me was kind, prepared to answer my questions and supportive. I received phone calls to check I was doing well. I think the care I have received from the hospital trust has been outstanding
After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017 I have received nothing but excellent and outstanding care from the breast team. This has always been with a very personal touch and been very genuine.
I would like to particularly mention Alison and Karen for their amazing outstanding work.
