Today was my first visit but the physio who well be caring for me and organizing my treatment course was very informative and is planning an exercise programme to keep me mobile.

Joy the therapist was kind, respectful, calming and made me forget my problems for the time I was with her. When you are watching a loved one slip away and in pain it's all too easy to forget yourself. Having this time with Joy has made me realise that perhaps for a while I need a little "me" time to get strong to deal with things.
This is a wonderful service and I am so grateful to get the opportunity to enjoy this "me time".
