My counselor, was extremely good at what she does. She was very kind and explained totally the reasons I was so distraught in my mind. She had a very calming effect and encouraged me as I felt a little better as the weeks went by. I am extremely grateful to be able to talk to an independent person to whom I could cry if I needed to (and I did) and understand my feelings. Thank you so much for the opportunity gonna!

Very caring staff. Lovely side room good food. All staff very friendly.
Less noise at night. More privacy at times. Easier to read name badges-can't always remember names. Unable to distinguish various, new hole uniforms - who is who?
