I received support from St. Margarets hospice in my role as a cover. The person who phoned me was great support and listened to what I said. She helped me to cope with my situation.

The service I received by all the staff was excellent and of high quality I felt very safe and secure and cannot speak highly enough of the hospice. At first I did not want to be admitted and on discharge did not want to leave.

My first contact was with Angie Hayes. It was at a time when I was feeling very lows vulnerable. I found Angie very supportive and always had good suggestions to deal with my various problems. My wife also found Angie brilliant.

Everybody treats me with respect. They explain things to me Everyone is always polite, cheerful and all have a good sense of humour. Everybody is always so professional.
