I had been referred by the local hospital. A letter promptly arrived with an appointment also giving clear and precise instructions on the covid regulations we were do at here to on arrival./nI was greeted by the senior physiotherapist who gave me time to discuss my thoughts alongside her recommendations I felt fully involved in this process giving me confidence to move forward./nFollow up phone calls to place for support I could not fault the service and kindness of the staff.
