All staff were always friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable and compassionate and never forgot that sometimes to who is thing could be over whelming.
I value all the staff at the lymphedema desk very lighter they are giving me ongoing support in coping with my lymphedema and self managing. Always cheery pleasant and with a positive caring attitudes. Thank you. ;)
I had been referred by the local hospital. A letter promptly arrived with an appointment also giving clear and precise instructions on the covid regulations we were do at here to on arrival./nI was greeted by the senior physiotherapist who gave me time to discuss my thoughts alongside her recommendations I felt fully involved in this process giving me confidence to move forward./nFollow up phone calls to place for support I could not fault the service and kindness of the staff.
You were there whenever I phoned and was very helpful in all aspects.
I had surgery for breast cancer 9 years ago and have intermittenly needed support managing lympedema. Last may I tore my rotator cuff muscular which seemed to exacebate the lympedema again. The advice, support and encouragement I have received doubtless to be amazing thank you.
Staffs response to any call was almost immediate working seemed too much trouble.
