I was treated with respect and dignity throughout staff were kind, I was unhurried and able to discuss treatment, I felt I was being cared for on a personal level. My nurse Hayley has been wonderful.

Suggested improvements
There is nothing that could have been done better.

Because everyone has been so kind and helpful and nothing has been too much trouble. I would give marks 10/10.

I have been under the St. Margaret's ({ }) lymphoedema service for a number of years. I have always found the staff, nurse and advice excellent.

Suggested improvements
Not much to add (Q9). The pandemic obviously affected in person consultation. But most problems were handled over the phone.

Virtual check of mums home identified need for toilet frame, corner shower seat and a narrower walking frame which has improved mums ability to be independent. A physical check to provide these items and consider if anything else would help was also done. All very good.
