I have been visiting the lymphodema clinic at St. Margaret's hospice since I had my breast cancer surgery in January 2017. The staff have aways been kind, professional and kept me informed of my progress - nothing is too much trouble and I have been told I can ring anytime if I have concerns.
Suggested improvements
I am not sure anything could have been better.

An absolute faultless experience given by a dedicated and hardworking team, I was given superb care by staff who go above and beyond. Simply put a wonderful group of people giving 100% in everything they do.

I was disappointed not to receive a printed copy of my test results for my future reference when the practitioner disengaged me.
She was sometimes reluctant to discuss the figures she was taking of my tasks.
Suggested improvements
Overall I was very happy with the treatment and service I received especially as it was all through covid restrictions.
St Margaret's Hospice Taunton was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
