From reception to consulting and examination etc. Everyone is polite and smiling. The nurse I see explains everything she is doing and why and them discusses everything with me and a mutual decision is made for my benefit. I can't see need for any improvement for myself but I only see one side of the care. If everything else is run the same then I don't think improvement is needed.
