Dad's care fell well short of expectations. No care when it most was needed. Lack of communication between staff. Family were not counselled relion dad's care would be provided regarding his decision to have end of life care at home. Family struggled as a consequence of this to provide the adequate care needed. Care and equipment not provided until almost too late. Dad told us in his final few hours that felt he was a burden to us regarding his care and this should never have happened. Not what we call great care!
