The care I received has been excellent. From the cleaners, the chefs, the nursing staff and the doctors, even the maintenance staff has been unarguably the best. I have felt listened to and understood. I have felt like a person and not just another patient. Nothing has been too much trouble and I have been included in discussion about my care and feel everyone works with a person centered approach. Thank you all.
