For us there couldn't be any improvement, the staff were caring and so wonderful with my dad and with us also. They looked after him in very difficult circumstances and made him as comfortable as possible. They joined in with his humour and spoke so respectfully to him and us at all times. Just a wonderful, peaceful place to end his days. I could watch the squirrels & birds outside his window as I sat by his side. I played his favourite music for him too. The food was lovely and very cheap. Lovely place, lovely staff, excellent care, second to none!
