Staff are always friendly. My lymphoedema nurse is really helpful and explains things very clearly. Personally for me nothing needs to be improved.

It was individual and detailed. All questions and queries were answered and discussed, Other options were considered. I never felt rushed and every effort was made to fit in with my availability. I valued the advice given and felt comfortable and relaxed during treatment. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I can recommend the canteen too!

Nothing was too much trouble or care. You were dealt with almost immediate. Provide someone was available. You would be hard pushed to find much more to get improvement. Staff were always happy and welcoming.

Everything was good about care. Only improvement could be to fix coffee machine that makes speciality coffees. Absolutely everyone has been extremely kind, helpful and cheerful.
