Fabulous room and new which was a real mood - lifter.
Staff were attentive, compassionate and warm.
Food was excellent!
Occasionally response to the bell was slow - sometimes up to 5 minutes which when you need to pee urgently is had.

All doctors, nurses and staff throughout at St Lukes Hospice Plymouth went above and beyond to care for my late father as well as taking care of his family whilst at the hospice. They are do an amazing job, such care, love and devotion shown.

Sarah and Alison are friendly, happy, helpful ladies that have made a huge difference to our lives in a short period of time. We wish we had them in sooner. They have made my husbands life more comfortable.

My care was wonderful every single person was kind and considerate and never gave the impression that anything was too much trouble.
They always seemed to have time for me never rushed me or made me feel hurried.
I shall never forget their help.

The care that was provided by the nurses for primarily my husband and my family was second to none. They made sure my husband's dignity was preserved. There are no words to fully described the excellent care the staff provided and the sensitivity and compassion, support and advice my family received.

What an amazing team. We cannot thank you enough for making my dad so comfortable at the end of his life and for supporting us as a family.
