Derek Hodges (my husband) passed away 7/8/21 we had excellent are enabling with the peacefully at home. { } team. Together with Alice and other district nurses, { } great love and compassion.

Initial assessment visit totally patient centered whilst accepting input from daughters and questions directed at patient's spouse.
Suggested improvements
Home visit arranged very quickly.
At last as a family we feel we are getting the support that is needed.
