Excellent care - from the time I walked through the door.
Reception staff polite and courteous at all times.
Nurse very respectful always explained what was happening.
Excellent care throughout by very professional staff.

My care was extremely kind and caring, explaining everything simply and understanding. The staff are delightful and make you feel at ease. I have been treated with great thoughtfulness and consideration I don't think any improvements are needed. Everyone is so very kind and thoughtful.

Staff were kind, patient, caring.
Reception made reminder call which was much appreciated.
It's very reassuring to know St Lukes is there for me when I need them.
