1. Learnt so much into to take away and treat myself. Explain clearly repeated as many times until clearly understood.
I looked forward to my visit's the phone renwed was very good ideas so glad to hear I am have a revisit in six months to complain all is well thank you.
Good luck in new building.

- I like being called by my name.
- As soon as you press the buzzer someone is there.
- Staff explain what they're doing and why they're doing it. Which is reassuring.
