Compassion of staff.
Environment.
In terms of equipment we would have preferred if dad had not fallen twice and secondly we would have preferred to have more regular conversations with dad's doctor abut plans for test etc, but we found a way forward with both issues.

We cannot thank the team enough for all their kindness and support everyone was very helpful and supportive to Jack and all our family.
Having the team with us helped us through a very sad day and we could not have managed without them.

I feel that St Lukes Pearn is a relaxed and friendly environment to come to. There is a nice open waiting room with the opportunity to look at and buy some books. I am always treated with respect.
