The care was well - organised with efficiency professionalism and kindness. All the staff were very approachable, and explained the problems and treatment clearly and in Layman's language, the surroundings were also excellent, clean, airy and well presented and welcoming.

I don't feel anything can be improved, the care I have received is exceptional. I was given dignity, respect, honesty, compassion, but most of all I was made to feel like me again, nothing is too much trouble for anyone here. Best care, thank you x

Specialist knowledge of the cancer, how it presents and treatments available to relieve symptoms was excellent. Sorry that I was not referred earlier as there had been many issues that could have been helped and possibly hospital admissions prevailed.

Good when we got here but difficult to find, no signage anywhere. Quite stressful. Apparently there is a Tavistock clinic, but nobody told me until today. Look at people's addresses before making appointments perhaps??
