Nothing to improve. A brilliant service at a very difficult emotional time. My husband was excellently booked after in his last 6 hours of life, as was I and our family. Thank you so very much.

The warmth and commitment of the team and their gentle, loving approach to my deaf husband was extraordinary. He loved their visits and was totally relaxed and confident in their care. I cannot speak too highly of them. They made a very difficult time bearable. Thank you.

Initial palliative discussion.
Could have been a little more sensitive.
It didn't feel like we had the urgency we required but after discussion the care was fantastic.
