Sue was very kind, caring, compassionate and very patient taking her time to answer my questions. She also took the time to help the district nurse to check on my father. She also said that she would follow-up on a member of action items related to the doctor. Overall her service was wonderful and I can't think of anything that needs improvement.

I'm not sure any improvement could be made, the care my husband was given was exemplary as was their care of myself and my family.
