Nothing but praise.
Staff completely unhurried- don't see how anything could be improved.
I do feel afraid of what my husband and I have to face now, knowing we have support just a phone call away.
I like how the care is and nurses are so attentive and caring.
I always feel warm, clean and comfortable.
Dignity and respect.
Time given to family.
Also kept informed at all stages.
Today was my introduction to Julie from the palliative care team. My husband and I found her to be friendly, informative and very supportive. I have been very impressed with the level of care and support that I have received during the past 2 years whilst fighting this horrible disease, from all of the NHS, Mc Millan and St Lukes team. Thank you.
It was given in a very professional way, that showed and reassured that all the necessary support was available and would be met. At the same time there was a very personal, understanding and genuine sympathy shown in the situation. It felt that nothing would be too much to ask or expect and at all times our care and needs were the priority. What could be improved? More trained and equipped and fulfilling such an important care.
I have coming to St Luke's the staff are so friendly.
Everything from start to finish.
