The members of staff involved did not seem to be rushed, listened carefully to my conversation, ever if sometimes it has been irrelevant, and was without exception, friendly and courteous.

All the staff caring and compassionate. A nice peaceful environment.
The water was not nice tasting may be you could make then ice with some when or other juice so it is more pleasant.
The care could have had more food options for family members.

The most important and meaningful part about the care I received was the genuine listening of the person helping me.
The caring face and tone of voice. The smiling face putting me at ease when I felt vulnerable, unable to help myself.

St Lukes were there when we needed them most. Everyone we met from St. Lukes were very professional, caring and ready to help us. We have nothing but praise and admiration for the way in which they looked after my mother.
