I like the ambiance of the waiting area, and the way you are treated by caring individuals. You are treated with self respect and the staff give as much time to individuals as found necessary.
My mum was treated with respect and dignity at all times. Our care worker was always kind and took time to listen and help.
Improvements could be made by being able to see someone often - sometimes felt we were left in limbo.
They are very extremely good and I know I look forward to see them when they come to me.
Nothing could be improved about the care and support that I received from a lady called Janet Hearl.
Janet came every 2 weeks approx, and I looked forward to her coming, listening to me moan, cry and be angry and help me come to them with the lose of my husband. I will clearly miss our meeting and she is a great asset to St Luckes hospital.
Treated with respect and dignity.
Staff were kind.
Sometimes felt like I had been forgotten. Sometimes not seeing anyone for 4 - 6 weeks.
I was listened to which helped me quite of lot.
I felt heard, seen and was treated with kindness, warmth and respect. At the beginning of the chat I felt at a loss, not knowing quite where to start or what to say but Derek was very responsive and reassuring. I had no idea there was so much support in so many areas and I feel very grateful for it. Thank you
It's reassuring to know that help is at hand when we need it, not just for my husband, but for me as a carer.
