The interview was comprehensive and unhurried. The plan was provisionally constructed and a follow up was arranged to monitor progress. I felt confident that the plan was tailored to the particular needs of the oncology treatment. I was receiving and gave me hope for the future.

There can be no improvement. For the short time the carers attended my husband, there aren't wards to express my gratitude, they were kind, thoughtful, not only to my husband, but also to me. I will never stop being grateful.

At reception I was greeted by my name. Very soon a nurse welcomed me and informed me how my appointment was running to time. Drs Taylor and Stephenson are very caring. Nothing could be improved.
